Driven 2 Success is a microtransit solution to provide much-needed transportation to essential services for Far Eastside & Eastside residents. Driven 2 Success has provided over 7,000 rides to underserved residents since April 1, 2022 to essential locations.

How to Ride

Enroll
Fill out the registration form online to enroll into the Driven 2 Success program. Make sure you meet the Driven 2 Success eligibility requirements.

Purchase Voucher
Once you’ve enrolled, you must purchase your voucher that can be used for any Driven 2 Success ride. One-way ticket vouchers are $2. Round-trip ticket vouchers are $4.

Schedule Your Ride
Complete a ride request form to schedule your ride to an approved location type: employment sites, medical centers, childcare, school, grocery stores, laundry facilities, trustee offices, libraries, community centers, food pantries, and essential sites.
Please know this is a request for a ride, not a guarantee. After you make a request, you will receive a text confirming or denying your ride through SimpleText.
Driven 2 Success Service Zones
Driven 2 Success’ service area extends across a nearly five-mile radius around Pathway Resource Center, located 10119 John Marshall Drive in the 46235 zip code.
You must live in one of the following zip codes: 46205, 46216, 46218, 46219, 46226, 46229, 46235, and 46236.

North Pendleton Pike, South to Washington, East to Carroll Road/200 E. McCordsville, West to Ritter Street/Community East Hospital
Zone 2
North to 38th St. South to Keystone, East to Arlington, West to 16th St

Why Use Driven 2 Success?
Convenient
Driven 2 Success is providing reliable, on-time transportation to the Far Eastside and Eastside. We are a curb-to-curb service, meaning you get picked up at your front door and dropped off directly at your destination.
Affordable
One-way ride vouchers are $2 and round-trip vouchers are $4. Door-to-door service at a comparable price to bus fare.
Safety
All Driven 2 Success buses are equipped with audio and video surveillance equipment. All of our drivers are trained and experienced, and must adhere to the Driver Rules of Conduct.

About the Program
Driven 2 Success Far Eastside Get-a-Round is a program by Pathway Resource Center. Pathway has been serving the Far Eastside community for over 20 years.
Pathway’s mission is to create opportunities for success on the Far Eastside and surrounding communities by providing affordable housing, resources and training that promote resident self-sufficiency for disadvantaged, underserved, and economically disadvantaged community residents through family strengthening programs, crime prevention, youth development, employment training and education. By bridging the “digital divide” and reducing welfare dependency and crime.
Booking Your Ride
Each rider must be enrolled in the D2S program before scheduling a ride, including children. We communicate most notifications about the service via Simple Text. Each rider is entered in Simple Text upon enrollment.
Purchase a one-way or round-trip voucher and schedule your ride online to an approved location type: employment sites, medical centers, childcare, school, grocery stores, laundry facilities, trustee offices, libraries, community centers, food pantries, and essential sites. You may also call in your ride request to 317.890.1624, Monday through Thursday from 9a to 2:30p.
You must request your ride at least 12 hours, but not more than 3 days (72 hours) in advance. Same day rides require a 90-min notice and are booked based on availability.
A ride request is not a guarantee. Once you’ve made a request, you will receive a text (usually the same day) through SimpleText either confirming or denying your ride.
Rides for the following day are scheduled by 4:30 pm on the previous day and confirmed by 6 pm. We no longer accept ride requests made in the evenings or on the weekend.
Riding with Driven 2 Success
The day of your confirmed ride, the bus may arrive up to 15 minutes before your confirmed time. You will be expected to board the bus at your confirmed time. You will be given a 5-minute grace period for boarding before the bus departs.
Rider Rules to Know:

No one suspected or proven to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol shall be permitted to ride.

Veterans ride for free. An enrolled rider who is a veteran must present their government issued military identification to ride.

No pets are allowed on Driven 2 Success, except service animals with proper identification.

You must live in one of the following zip codes: 46205, 46216, 46218, 46219, 46226, 46229, 46235, and 46236.
Riders must be 18 years or older.
Youth ages 14-17 may ride to and from school only with permission from a parent or guardian. The underaged rider must be enrolled in the Driven 2 Success program.
If you’re riding with young children, they must be enrolled in the program and they must have a car seat/booster seat if under the age of 7.

What days and times is the Driven 2 Success transportation service available?
Driven 2 Success Far Eastside Get A Round operates Monday through Friday with the first ride beginning at 8:30am and the last ride beginning at 5:15pm, depending on the distance from Pathway Resource Center (last ride to 46218 or 46205 begins at 5p).
Driven 2 Success Far Eastside Get A Round is closed for the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day After Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- Final week of December
Are the vehicles wheelchair-accessible?
Yes. All Driven 2 Success Far Eastside Get A Round buses are equipped with rider lifts that meet ADA specifications.
What if I need to cancel or change a ride I've already booked?
We ask that you cancel your trip at least 2 hours before your scheduled pick up time. To cancel your request, call 317-890-1624 or send a Simple Text.
What types of payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and PayPal.
Can I schedule recurring rides for my regular commitments, like work or medical appointments?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a scheduled ride for the same time on the same day or multiple days of every week. We recommend making your ride request as soon as possible to increase the chances of getting a confirmed ride for your commitments.
Will the program be available during bad weather or in case of emergencies?
Rides may be cancelled due to bad weather conditions. You will be notified if your ride is cancelled through SimpleText.
We do not offer emergency transportation. If you are having an emergency, please call 911.
What happens if I don’t show up for a ride or I’m late for my scheduled ride?
If you do not show up for a ride without a cancellation notification (2 hours or more before your scheduled pick up time), you will receive a penalty that may result in a suspension or termination of the service.
You will be expected to board the bus within five minutes of your confirmed timeframe. Once your bus arrives, it will wait no more than 10 minutes for you to board.
Which ride requests are given priority? How do rides get scheduled?
Scheduling of the rides is based on the availability of the drivers, most efficient route of all rides combined, importance of the ride (school, work and medical appointments take priority), order the ride was requested, and seat availability.
