We only accept ride requests made from Mon-Fri, between 8am-1pm. Ride requests made on the weekends or in the evenings are no longer accepted.

Voucher Use & Refund Policy
All voucher sales are final. Vouchers cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Riders are encouraged to purchase vouchers after scheduling their rides to help avoid unused vouchers.
