Rides should be scheduled at least 24 hours from desired pickup time but not more than 72 hours in advance for best outcomes.

Same day rides must be scheduled 90 minutes before desired pick up time.

PLEASE SCHEDULE YOUR TIME ACCORDINGLY!!

The day of your confirmed ride, the bus may arrive up to 15 minutes before your confirmed time. You will be expected to board the bus at your confirmed time. You will be given a 5-minute grace period for boarding before the bus departs.
